These General Terms and Conditions of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk were established in consultation with the Consumer Association within the framework of the Self-Regulation Coordination Group (CZ) of the Economic and Social Council and will come into effect on June 1, 2014.
These General Terms and Conditions will be applied by all members of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, with the exception of financial services as defined in the Financial Supervision Act and to the extent that these services are supervised by the Financial Markets Authority.

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Additional Agreement: an agreement by which the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services as part of a distance contract...
- Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal (14 days);
- Consumer: Natural person (Individual customer);
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days;
- Entrepreneur: www.euperfume.com;
- Distance contract: a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for the distance selling of products, digital content, and/or services.

Article 3 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these General Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate, before the distance contract is concluded, how the General Terms and Conditions can be consulted at the entrepreneur’s premises and that they will be sent free of charge, upon request by the consumer, as soon as possible.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this is expressly stated in the offer.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products, digital content, and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to properly assess the offer. Obvious errors or inaccuracies in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded, subject to the provisions of Article 4, upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer and compliance with the related conditions.
The entrepreneur must, at the latest upon delivery of the product, service, or digital content, provide the consumer with the branch address for complaints (Goudsesingel 103-105, 3031EE Rotterdam, Netherlands), withdrawal instructions, warranties (2 years), pricing details, delivery costs (€6.90), and payment methods.
Articles 6 – 10: Right of Withdrawal & Exclusions
The consumer may cancel a contract for the purchase of a product during a withdrawal period of at least 14 days without having to provide a reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product. Certain products can be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including custom-made items, quickly deteriorating goods, and sealed products broken after delivery.
Articles 11 – 15: Pricing, Delivery & Payment
Prices will remain stable during the validity period indicated in the offer, unless VAT rates change. All prices include VAT and are in EUR (€).
The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders within 30 days. The risk of damage and/or loss remains with the entrepreneur until delivery to the consumer. Payments must be settled within 14 days of the start of the withdrawal period.
Articles 16 – 20: Complaints, Disputes & Webshop Keurmerk
Complaints must be filed within a reasonable time and fully described. The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. Disputes can be submitted to WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl) for free mediation.
Contracts are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes may also be submitted to the Webshop Dispute Resolution Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP, The Hague.
